The school year is in full swing, and students and teachers are working hard! Sometimes we all run into situations in which we think to ourselves, "I just can't!" We can be tempted to give up when things get hard, or not to try at all. But this awesome book by Peter H. Reynolds, "The Dot," shows us what we can achieve if we try.
International Dot Day celebrates reading, learning, and growing. Click on the image of International Dot Day to see their website! Cooley students, faculty, and staff are celebrating by creating their own "dots" in order to "make their marks!" So stop by the library to pick up a blank dot, decorate or illustrate it to show us who you are, and bring it back by the end of September. Dots will be on display outside of the library all month!
